We believe in equitable access to health and support services, regardless of someone’s ability to pay. We believe this so strongly that we are creating a funding pool where seniors struggling financially can access our services for a reduced rate or even free of charge, so that every senior has a chance at a healthier, better quality of life.
Seventy percent of Community Care’s clients are seniors. We are proud to provide a multitude of services that work together to enrich social relationships, foster physical health, promote self-reliance and improve quality of life.
