DESCRIPTION:Please join Hospice Services for a special evening of reflection and remembrance as we honour and remember loved ones who have died. \n\n\n\nThe Hospice Memorial Service offers a meaningful opportunity to pause\, reflect\, and revisit cherished memories in the company of others.
