Personal Support Services
705-324-7323 ext. 311
33 Lindsay Street South Unit B
Everyone needs a hand now and again, but sometimes it’s the caregivers in our community who could use it the most. Personal Support Workers are available to provide company and care for a loved one, manage light housework, and prepare meals while a caregiver takes a few hours for themselves in or away from the home.
The service can help those providing care for seniors and people with special needs with the much-needed respite to support them in their caregiving roles. Following an in-home comprehensive assessment, a service plan is developed and a PSW is scheduled to provide care. Community Care’s In-Home Respite Care is a fee-based service. Please reach out to our office for more information.
