Please join Hospice Services for a special evening of reflection and remembrance as we honour and remember loved ones who have died.

The Hospice Memorial Service offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect, and revisit cherished memories in the company of others. All are welcome to attend, and you do not need to be an existing Hospice client to participate.

If you would like us to honour your loved one by name during the service, you can provide their name in advance by emailing franderson-lavender@ccckl.ca, or share their name with us when you arrive.
