Wellness is about more than physical health. It’s about staying connected, maintaining independence, and feeling supported in your community. Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes offers a variety of wellness programs designed to help you live safely, confidently, and actively.
Whether you’re looking to improve strength and balance, meet new people, or explore healthy aging tips, we have programs to support your wellbeing at every stage.

Exercise Programs
Build strength, improve balance, and stay moving with safe, supportive classes designed for older adults. From SAGES and Falls Prevention classes to Walking Programs and Pickleball, our exercise offerings help you maintain mobility and confidence.

Wellness Connections
Designed for adults aged 65+, Wellness Connections helps participants explore healthy choices that support aging well. This program provides opportunities to learn about positive lifestyle changes while connecting with local service providers and supportive community programs.

Weekly Wellness
Weekly Wellness is a welcoming drop-in program featuring social activities, guest speakers, exercise classes, cooking demonstrations, and more. It’s a relaxed and friendly way to meet new people, try something new, and stay connected to community supports.
