Annual Reports

CCCKL prepares an Annual Report to demonstrate accountability for the funding and resources it receives to enable our programs and services.

Multi-Sector Service Agreement (MSAA)

CCCKL is grateful to receive much of its funding from Ontario Health East. Funding is provided within the terms of a Multi-Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA). The organization submits an annual Declaration of Compliance to attest that it has met the MSAA requirements. These documents are accessible via the links below.
