Weekly Wellness is a welcoming drop-in program designed to help older adults stay socially engaged, learn new skills, and connect with local supports in a relaxed and friendly environment. This is a community-based program held every Thursday at 21 Angeline St. N. in Lindsay.
Each week offers a mix of social, educational, and recreational activities that support healthy aging and community connection.
There’s no pressure and no long-term commitment — just a comfortable space to gather, connect, and enjoy.
How to Register
If you are new to the Weekly Wellness program, you will need to register with us.

2. Receive Confirmation
After you submit your registration, a member of our team will contact you using your provided information to confirm your attendance.
