STARS provides a safe, supportive space for children to share memories of their loved ones, express their grief, and process emotions like sadness, anger, and joy. Participants gain essential coping skills, learn how to seek support, and develop strategies to navigate the overwhelming feelings that accompany grief. The program also helps children connect with peers who are on similar grief journeys, reducing feelings of isolation. Each child will receive a constellation kit delivered to their home before the program begins, offering hands-on tools for reflection and creative expression.
