Strategic Plan
CCCKL undertakes a comprehensive strategic planning process every three to five years. Led by the CCCKL Board of Directors, the strategic planning process includes consultation with the public, volunteers, staff and other stakeholders. The completed plan guides CCCKL in achieving its Mission and Vision and to serve our community with caring and excellence.
Quality Improvement Plan
The organization’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) demonstrates the agency’s commitment to continually improve the quality of client care services that we deliver. The QIP documents specific approaches that will be taken to advance quality care.
