Nordic Pole Walking is one of the fastest-growing low-impact exercises. Pole walking has been shown to burn more energy than regular walking, uses 90 per cent of the body’s muscles, and is a great social activity. Our free sessions are led by certified instructors.
No cost. No registration required. Although, please reach out to us if you require walking poles. A limited number of walking poles are provided for those who do not have their own.
