At Community Care, we believe in celebrating the people who go above and beyond to make a difference. Our Shining Star Program is a way for you to recognize a staff member, a board member, or a volunteer whose kindness and dedication has had an impact and truly made them shine.
When you nominate someone for a Shining Star Award, you are recognizing their outstanding contributions, while also helping support the Community Care Foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to generate and manage donated funds and other gifts to enhance the programs and services of Community Care.
The Shining Star recipient will be celebrated with a certificate of recognition and a Shining Star pin to proudly mark their achievement. A a nominator, you can attend the presentation and be part of the special moment when your nominee is recognized.
Each nomination requires a donation. You can select the amount you want to donate; with a minimum of $2.00. Nominate your Shining Star today and help us honor those who make Community Care such a caring and vibrant place!
