New Payment and Billing Options

As we continue to expand the options available to our valued clients, we are excited to introduce additional choices available to our billing practices:

1. Pre-Authorized Payments

Sign up for pre-authorized debit or pre-authorized credit to have your payments processed automatically and on time.

2. E-mailed Statements

Choose to receive your invoices and statements by email instead of paper mail.

3. Other Payment Methods

  • Online banking using Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes and your account number
  • Over the phone by Visa, Visa Debit or Mastercard
  • Onsite (152 Angeline St. N, Lindsay) by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or Interac
  • Please note that cheques will need to be dropped off to 152 Angeline St. N. during the Canada Post disruption

Completed forms can be returned in one of the following ways:

Setting up pre-authorized payments ensures your account stays up to date, with no need to wait for a paper invoice or worry about delays.

Clients who prefer paper invoices may continue to receive them. These new options are simply additional choices to help you stay up to date.

Need Your Balance or Have Questions?

You can also call our office to obtain your current balance and make a payment over the phone, just as we’ve offered in the past. You can reach us at 705-324-7323.
