Community Care is proud to partner with Lifeline Canada to provide this service to the communities we serve. We take comfort in knowing that our clients can continue to live confidently and independently in their homes with the reassurance that help is available at the push of a button.

Through personal alert devices provided and managed by Lifeline Canada, help can be instantly dispatched during an emergency. These devices can be activated by a simple push of a button as well as through the sensor’s detection of a fall. Certain devices can also be used to provide a daily check-in with Lifeline staff or remind clients to take their routine medication. Our team can assist in getting the process started with Lifeline.
