Dear Community Care Clients & Caregivers,
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to our programs and services. We are proud to continue to be one small part in supporting the health and well-being of our clients. As a trusted partner in your care and support journey, we strive to provide you with the highest quality services and products. It is with this commitment in mind that we are writing to inform you of an upcoming change.
In order to continue delivering the level of excellence you deserve, we occasionally need to adjust our prices to account for factors such as rising operational costs and enhancements in service quality. After careful consideration and analysis, we write to inform you that we will be implementing a price adjustment effective April 1, 2026. While we understand that any price change may create challenges, please rest assured that this decision was made after thorough evaluation to ensure that we can continue to meet and exceed your expectations. In circumstances where price is a barrier to service, we do have subsidy available with specific eligibility criteria. Please see the listing on the next page for the new prices.
We genuinely appreciate your continued trust and support as we navigate these changes together. Our staff and volunteers are committed to delivering the best service possible.
