A new program led by a certified Seniors Fitness Instructor. Community-Based Exercise Classes focuses on cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. This program encourages participants to stay functionally fit longer, increase physical activity levels and decrease their risk of falls.
Every Wednesday from 10:10 – 11 am at 21 Angeline St. N in Lindsay
